The TABC just posted a new link on their website. This link describes all designated manager requirements and includes a download for the designated manager application. All locations selling wine will be required to have designated managers. These managers will be the only ones allowed to order wine and check in or accept wine orders.
Designated managers are also required to take the TABC required one hour class which can be taken as a TopShelf classroom training beginning early May and online by the end of May.
